Aircraft Spins Wildly into Palm Trees at Well-Known Southern California Beach
An aircraft flying near a well-attended coastal coastline unexpectedly started spinning out of control, ultimately descending rapidly and crashing into a cluster of palm groves as beachgoers observed.
Recordings shared on social media capture the aircraft commencing to spiral near Huntington Beach then descending towards the perimeter of the coast, where it ends up lodged among palm groves and a steps adjacent to the Pacific Coast highway.
Rescue Operation Details
The Huntington Beach fire department reported five individuals were rushed to the hospital comprising two individuals who were in the aircraft and were “extracted safely from the crash site” following the incident on the weekend.
Three individuals on the road were hurt. Specifics on their condition were not yet released.
The cause of the crash was not immediately released.
